  Inexcusably bad consumer experience!! Don't deal with Vagabond House if you want a good one!
  Very poor service, especially if you are not living in the USA. Nice products (when they are not damaged like the attached photos) but sadly the treatment is not. From ordering problems and freight difficulties and delays right thru to damaged product issues, VH don't take responsibility for their actions or mistakes. And by the way, don't complain about the problems either, because they send offensive emails, which is the reason for this review – if VH had been prepared to fix the problems, they would not have to learn the hard way!
  Vagabond House don’t deserve even a one star rating on their service but Google won’t post the review with less than one!

  Just excellent! Beautiful, high quality luxury products that are priced perfectly. Outstanding designs and a large whimsical collection that I am proud to feature in my retail store. Excellent customer service, and a pleasure to work with!
